Same day crown ! I just had a wonderful experience with Dr Ha. He is very professional, kind, and has a friendly staff. I needed a crown last week but was dreading the 2 appointment procedure with a 2 week wait in between appointments with a temporary crown. To my surprise Dr Ha has kept up with the latest technology and invested in the state of the art same day crown equipment. From start to finish I was done in 2 hours ! What was amazing is that he shows you the process on the overhead screen, keeps you informed the whole time, and there was no bite adjustment needed. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you are looking for a great dentist with a wonderful front and back office staff

Dr. John Ha is skilled, knowledgeable, informative and confident to help. His office staff that I had interacted with were all perfectly efficient, emphatic, upbeat, and professional. I am especially grateful for Dr. Ha and his team in taking time to explain every aspect of the exam and findings. I have never experienced that much one-on-one before. He showed me the screens, explained what he had found, and future expectations. I highly recommend that you visit Dr. Ha as oral care is nothing you should leave to chance! Can’t wait for my upcoming appointment soon!

My husband and I came in to Honolulu Smile Design for a new patient consultation. We were independently drawn to them because of their positive advertising and online reviews. Despite having high expectations going in, they not only met, but exceeded them. In fact, we were so impressed that we couldn't stop talking about it all day. This office runs in perfect harmony. From the time you make your first appointment to the time you walk out, you are treated with great care and respect. The team at Honolulu Smile Design is top notch - friendly, competent, courteous, informative and efficient! Not just with you, as a patient, but also when interacting with each other, which says a lot! We teach leadership and employee development, team-building and customer service, so we know what works and what doesn't. In our current world of "ho hum" service, an organization like Honolulu Smile Design really stands out. Dr. Ha and his team are professionals and we are very glad to have found them! Thank you for serving us with care and for providing an example of excellence that we can share with our clients and class participants!

Honolulu Smile Design is an amazing experience! Be prepared to be treated with much respect and care. The office staff, dental assistants/ hygienist team is extremely friendly, fun to talk to, organized, and always on top of they schedules/ follow-ups. I've been through many Dentists (some aggressive, some not so caring, some I'm just not so sure about....) Dr. Ha is an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and a caring doctor. He is excellent at explaining in a very easy to understand way and gives practical recommendations. You can tell patient comfort and care is their #1 priority in dealing with the staff. I also appreciate the doctor following up with me over the phone after a major work. Thanks Dr. Ha and staff! You are amazing and make the "trip to the dentist" experience fun and educational!

I found Dr. Ha through online reviews. There are many other dentists with good reviews but a lot of feed back about Dr. Ha was that he really gives attention and time for each patient. I found this to be absolutely the truth. From the very first visit, he gave me detailed consultation and answered all of my questions with sincerity. I really appreciated that he gave me suggestions with benefits-to-cost ratio all that was within my budget. The staff is also very kind and gentle. I am very happy with the cost and the whole process of having an implant done at Honolulu Smile Design. I would highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Ha for all their dental needs.

Honolulu Smile Design is awesome! Dr. Ha and his team are professional, friendly and so organized. I've been to a handful of dentists (inHin and California) and Honolulu Smile Design has made me feel the most comfortable (and who can say that about a dentist?!). The scheduling process is very easy - communication is clear, easy and fast. I especially appreciate seeing one hygienist each time (Jessica!) who is very knowledgeable. Dr. Ha is very thorough, explains everything clearly and doesn't push or sell procedures (which I've experienced at other dentists). And best of all everyone is so kind, nice and make the experience of going to the dentist painless.

I have been a patient of Dr. John HA for couple years now, and undergoing dental treatment in the pass has always been a unpleasant experience for me. This is mainly because I have often found myself on the receiving end of doctors' conversations, where they would inform me that I need surgery to fix my teeth, but in a way that made me feel belittled and ashamed. However, after finally deciding to get dental implants, I chose to go with Dr. HA after reading positive reviews. I approached this decision with the mindset that if I felt judged or criticized about the condition of my teeth, I would seek treatment elsewhere. From my very first consultation to the permanent implantation of my implants, Dr. HA and his staff have truly made this surgery the best decision of my life. For nearly two years, I have been traveling from the Big Island to Oahu to receive my treatments. I understood that if I wanted to regain a sense of normalcy, and be able to eat and smile confidently, I had to trust that the staff would make the right decisions and guide me in the correct direction, as I had no knowledge of the process. The front office staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always being flexible with scheduling and accommodating my family when necessary. The dental assistants made me feel like a friend rather than just a customer, and Dr. HA himself took the time to explain the entire operation process from start to finish. He also discussed additional measures to ensure that I felt confident in achieving the results I desired. I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. HA and his staff for their invaluable assistance throughout my procedures. Best dental establishment hands down!!.

I had an excellent experience with my dental implant! Dr. Ha is an outstanding doctor—very knowledgeable, gentle, and made the entire process completely painless. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I want to give a special shout-out to Yodin for the excellent service and care. Great bedside manner, top-notch service, and the office uses modern, up-to-date technology. Plus, free parking and a very convenient location. Highly recommend!
